Patient and Family Partnership Council
Your voice! Your health!
Be part of the 52nd Medical Group’s health care process by joining the Patient and Family Partnership Council. The PFPC partners patients and families with members of their health care teams to explore opportunities for improving the care experience. The PFPC is a forum to facilitate dialogue between the 52nd Medical Group and a diverse representation of the beneficiary population. Through their unique perspectives, patients and families can provide input on the availability of services, clinical quality, patient advocacy, and experience of care.
What is a PFPC Council Member?
Council members provide a voice representing all patients who receive care at a military treatment facility. They partner with doctors, nurses, and administrators to help improve the quality of care for all patients and family members. Council members can talk about their own health care experiences while participating in discussion groups to brainstorm ideas to improve the clinic.
When Does the PFPC meet?
The PFPC team will meet the first Thursday of the month. This can be subject to change due to holidays, staffing changes, and/or wing closures. Location for these meetings is the clinic conference rooms or the community commons.
