Patient and Family Partnership Council
The 52d Medical Group’s Patient Family Partnership Council (PFPC) is comprised of leaders from the clinic along with Key Support Liaisons (KSL) and First Shirts. We meet quarterly to discuss base wide concerns, develop process improvements, and collaborate on enhancing the patient experience. If you have a question, concern, or idea on how to make healthcare better here at Spangdahlem AB please reach out to your KSL or First Shirt.
If you have a specific concern that requires immediate attention, we recommend contacting your provider team through the MHS Patient Portal, our Patient Advocate or submitting a comment through ICE.
