The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Laboratory

Services Provided

We perform routine blood collections and lab work requested by your Primary Care Manager. This includes:

  • Basic Chemistry
  • Hematology
  • Urinalysis
  • Limited Immunological Testing

Therefore, the majority of our labs are shipped out to reference laboratories. We ship out every Tuesday and Thursday (except on NATO/US Holidays) by 10:00 a.m. If needed, please arrive before these scheduled shipment days to ensure that your lab results return in a timely manner.

Testing

Glucose tolerance tests are available by appointment only, please contact the lab to schedule the test. Paternity testing is not performed here. For results, please contact your requesting provider or access results on-line using MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Radiology

Services and Appointments

For radiology services, no appointment is necessary. X-rays are taken on a walk in bases with a valid order from a provider.
